Available power boosters can push this SUV even faster for a sprint to 60 mph in only 4.7 seconds.

Range and Charging

Going fast isn't the EV9's only highlight. This full-size SUV can also go far, providing a standard range of 230 miles and a fuel economy rating of 88 MPGe combined. With the long-range battery pack, you can go as far as 280 miles away from home with an all-wheel drive trim or up to 304 miles in the Light Long Range RWD model.

This configuration also delivers enhanced fuel economy, with EPA estimates of 100 MPGe in the city and 77 MPGe on highways. Both batteries boast fast-charging capability, going from 10 to 80 percent in under 25 minutes. You can also replenish the battery at home, plugging the EV directly into a 120V or 240V household outlet or with the available Level 2 wall charger that charges both batteries from 10 to 100 percent in under nine hours.

Each EV9 trim level comes with a pair of 12.3-inch screens, one behind the steering wheel and a center touchscreen.
