Highly recommend dealer! I had been turned down by two other Kia dealerships prior to coming here. I called Kia of West Chester and the energy of the sales rep was greater than what I’d received at previous places! My sales rep was Chris B and he took care of me and got the job done! He was engaged the entire process and made me feel important! He was determined to get the job done and he got me a great deal on a 2020 vehicle with a trade that I was upside down on! He built such great rapport from our phone call to our meeting in person! Everyone was friendly at the dealership even the finance staff Matt was great to work with! This is truly a dealership that values it’s customers! I got exactly what I came for and they weren’t just trying to sell me any car and put me in whatever they could sell me! I left with a full tank of gas in the vehicle I wanted! Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and will be recommending Chris to all my friends and family!

I purchased the 2020 Kia Sportage and I love the car. The only thing I have a problem with his the sales person telling me a “voluntary repossession” wouldn’t hurt my credit. I’ve had problems with my Kia Forte (purchased at a different dealer in northeastern PA) since I bought it and it even died in the parking lot. I felt she knew I was desperate for a vehicle, and since my car didn’t qualify for a trade in, I knew she wanted me to walk out with a car.I’m grateful for the vehicle, but I don’t appreciate being lied to. I know better than to believe that a voluntary repossession wouldn’t hurt my credit, but someone else might not know any better. Don’t lie to customers spending a pretty penny for a vehicle.Florence; however, was wonderful and I appreciated her compassion.

Used the service center and had a great experience. Justin was professional and courteous, providing top notch customer service. I liked the feature that you could text for help throughout the waiting period. The charges and service were explained thoroughly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I plan to go again should I require service on my Kia vehicle. I gave 4 stars because I believe there's always room for improvement!

While there seemed to be a line already present (4 cars ahead) when I pulled up 1st thing in the morning, when I walked in, the service squad was all ready to take care of me. The Service Manager, Dennis, walked me outside to the car to discuss what needed to be done. He immediately took care of half of the list by showing me how to find and re-program a couple changes I was looking to make to some controls. The staff then called for a Lyft to take me home. I was contacted at home by Justin who provided Status on the car and the fix. Justin later contacted me when the car was ready and scheduled a Lyft to bring me back to the dealership. Upon arrival, Justin was waiting for me outside with the keys, explained what was accomplished at no charge to me, apologized for my inconvenience and efficiently got me on my way home. Had a great experience at Kia of West Chester today. Every person I spoke to was nice, Jim in financing, Mateo the salesman, Florence in financing, and Jim Sipala himself came over and said hello. These people don’t act like they’re out to get you (which I recently experienced at a Mazda dealer) and are willing to work with you. Highly recommend!

From the phone call to schedule my appointment, to drop off and pick up customer service was great. Justin was very attentive. He made sure I got the right level of service my vehicle needed based on mileage and more importantly I knew how much I was going to pay before I left the service department. I was starting to lose hope on my car search. After about six months of searching for the right vehicle and after a few very big disappointments at other dealerships where they were trying to scam me, I came across Kia of west Chester’s online advertisement. After reading reviews and checking out the inventory, I decided to give the dealership a try. I contacted the dealership via online and the next day received a text message from, I didn’t know at the time, the finance manager of that dealership. I explained my situation and my needs in a vehicle to Brad the finance manager and he was very transparent from the beginning about everything. I made the appointment to go into the dealership on Monday 20th of July with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. However, from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle I was greeted by one of the sales team members, Chris, who immediately immediately introduced himself and escorted me inside the building. Chris ended up being my sales team member. Chris and the whole entire team made me feel extremely comfortable in the dealership, I felt no pressure what so ever to purchase a vehicle, everything was transparent from the get go, and all my questions were answered completely. I ended up purchasing a brand new 2020 Sangria Red Kia Sorento with only 245 miles on it. The SUV had everything that I needed in the vehicle. To make things even better, I received the finance terms far better than any other dealership that I’ve been to up to that point. Because of my experience with this dealership, Kia of West Chester has a customer for life! My husband and I will be back next year to purchase my husbands new car and I will make sure to refer all my family, friends and co-workers to this dealership. I love my new vehicle! 😊
